6Project Overview
North Brent School is a newly built five-form entry secondary school, which is part of the Wembley Multi-Academy Trust. Designed and built by BAM Construction, the state-of-the-art, sustainable school features an interlinked sixth form block which includes spacious areas, equipped with the latest technology and equipment to provide an engaging learning environment for students.
Pinnacle successfully won BAM Construction’s competitive tender to supply all the FFE, working closely with BAM’s in-house design and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams. This partnership ensured the seamless integration of the FFE with the architectural and MEP aspects of the project.
What We Did
Furnishing Excellence:
Pinnacle provided a variety of loose and fitted furniture for various areas of the school, including:
• Classrooms
• Library
• Sports hall
• Drama Room
• Main hall
• Science labs
• Staff offices
• Reception area
Visualisation:
To align with the school’s vision, we conducted a colour and finish workshop with the school to select appropriate colours for the FFE that would work well with the interior design strategy. The aim was to create a vibrant and cohesive colour scheme that would enhance the overall ambience of the school environment.
Specialist packages:
Pinnacle also provided specialist packages tailored to the school’s specific needs. These included:
• Providing all the sports equipment for the Sports hall such as division mats, cricket practice nets, and basketball hoops were provided to facilitate sporting activities.
• Providing lighting bars, LED lights, blackout curtains, stage curtains and lighting controls for the drama studio and main hall.
Working in partnership with BAM Construction, North Brent School was fitted out on time and on budget with high quality furniture and equipment to create a functional and visually appealing learning environment for both staff and students.
