Andrew Ball is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in project consultancy and FF&E solutions. Victoria is Head of Design at Pinnacle, with over 12 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and FF&E within the education sector. She has a strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, having delivered projects in live school environments. Victoria has led the growth of Pinnacle’s design function, embedding Revit and BIM standards and achieving BIM Level 2 certification. She is passionate about creating high-quality, functional learning environments that support long-term educational outcomes.
