Senior Management
With over 20 years of experience at Pinnacle, Daryl has built deep expertise across fit-out, furniture, and design. As Managing Director, he shapes the company's strategic direction drawing on a career that spans sales, marketing, and operations. His end-to-end understanding of how great spaces come together, from concept to completion, gives him a distinct perspective on what clients truly need. Paired with sharp negotiation and business planning skills, that knowledge keeps Pinnacle competitive and well-positioned in a demanding market.
Starting out in sales nearly 18 years ago, Bill has grown into one of Pinnacle Furniture's most experienced and trusted leaders. As Preconstruction Director, he oversees estimation, risk management, and client engagement from design through to construction handover, managing a multidisciplinary team of estimators, planners, and engineers. His long tenure at Pinnacle reflects both strong technical capability and a consistent ability to build high-performing teams and lasting client relationships.
A background in teaching and engineering feeds directly into how Mark leads as Pinnacle's Operations Director. He oversees construction and engineering projects, ensuring high standards in quality, safety, and cost efficiency. His expertise includes stakeholder management, budget control, tendering, and compliance. Mark's ability to cut through complexity while keeping people and processes aligned is what defines his leadership at every level.
Truan's journey at Pinnacle, from Project Manager through Business Development and Head of Growth to Director, reflects both strong operational instincts and a genuine appetite for complex challenges. Over seven years he has shaped commercial strategy, expanded market reach, and delivered cross-functional projects. His hands-on, client-facing leadership style has been a constant throughout, earning him a reputation for getting things done without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Andrew Ball is an experienced Project Director with a strong background in project consultancy and FF&E solutions. He combines commercial acumen with hands-on project knowledge, enabling him to understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions that add value at every stage. With a proven track record in building long-term client relationships, Andrew excels in driving business growth while ensuring projects are delivered with quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction in mind.
Steve is an ACCA-qualified accountant since 2008. He brings extensive commercial and financial expertise built across decades of experience in sectors including food and drink, property, manufacturing, and financial services. His broad background underpins a practical, grounded approach that goes beyond the numbers. Steve has led complex transactions such as acquisitions, asset sales, business disposals, and pre-pack administrations, providing clear, composed financial leadership at pivotal moments.
Since joining Pinnacle in 2022, Claire has led the company's marketing function with a commercially grounded, insight-led approach. Drawing on over 15 years across brand management, product management, and sales marketing, she brings both creative thinking and rigorous execution to every strategy she develops. Her international background informs a broad, considered perspective on brand, and her collaborative style has made a consistently strong impact across the wider business.
Victoria is Head of Design at Pinnacle, with over 12 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and FF&E within the education sector. She has a strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, having delivered projects in live school environments. Victoria has led the growth of Pinnacle’s design function, embedding Revit and BIM standards and achieving BIM Level 2 certification. She is passionate about creating high-quality, functional learning environments that support long-term educational outcomes.
