Pinnacle becomes accredited living wage employer
Pinnacle are pleased to announce we have become accredited as a living wage employer by the Living Wage Foundation. The organisation encourages employers to sign up to pay a “real” living wage, which is higher than the government minimum hourly rate and reflective of the cost of living.
Pinnacle is one of 11,000 Living Wage employers across the UK who are committed to a wage based on the real cost of living.
“With inflation at the highest level in four decades, our commitment to this financial movement matters more than ever. We value and care for our staff and know that this can make a real difference,” says Daryl Stanley, Managing Director of Pinnacle.
“Our team are our greatest asset, and we believe it is important for us to pay our staff a real living wage set by the Living Wage Foundation.”
