Goodbye 2019, Welcome 2020!
On 2nd January 2020, Pinnacle started off a new year with a jam-packed day filled with team building, celebrations, and spooky problem solving for our annual staff day.
The day began at the picturesque Stanhill Court Hotel, nestled in the leafy grounds of Charlwood where we recapped our successes in 2019 such as Abingdon School, Weydon MAT and University of Surrey, reviewed our goals and strategies for quarter 1 and congratulated each department for their hard work.
In the afternoon, following a quick lunch break, we were divided into teams to face the Escape Room Adventures at Tulley’s Farm in Crawley. From a haunted manor house to the lawless Wild West, we worked together to face logical and physical challenges to escape the rooms in time. However, the real highlight of the day was the guest appearance from Tulley’s resident black cat who loved a pot of cream!
It was great to see the team reunite after our winter break and we all left feeling excited and motivated for the year ahead!
